Movers & Shakers, an advanced TRE workshop

This class is for those that have experienced TRE® and want to experience deeper patterns of release and relaxation. We will go through the series of exercises you learned and spend the majority of the class tremoring.

Each individual's experience is unique and you'll be able to go at your own pace. You'll have time for integration, reflection and questions about the process and how it relates to you and your life experiences.

*Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing, bring a yoga mat & water bottle.
